I am a licensed clinician with over 25 years of experience and provide individual therapy based on your particular needs. I work with adults of all ages though my specialty is treatment for teens and young adults with anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, and identity development issues. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work toward a more fulfilled and joyful life. I also have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor for conditionally licensed therapists, both in nonprofit agency settings and in my private practice.
